First time doing this. Out of ideas and so it had to be done and very happy I did it. I found Jay to be personable, concerned with what I was seeking, and totally involved in the process. While I didn't find the exact answers I was looking for, I know-- as we all know-- that spirituality operates in mysterious ways. What I did find, and it was entirely evident to me after our session, was where I was stuck. Like most of us seekers, I have positive intentions and goals, yet there is so much trauma and many unhealed wounds holding me back. That stuff has been suppressing all my own natural light and vibes.
