I did a session with Jay 10 days ago. I waited these 10 days for a reason. I have been to two other people to find answers. Those people helped me greatly, I left with such knowledge of what “I Am” and what I have been through. With Jay this was different. I left Jay with not only knowledge but Freedom, Relief, Understanding and Application. These 10 days that have gone by have been nothing but a literal feeling of being released from prison and I am walking free. I can describe the session as an Ice Breaker. My heart was so compressed with Family Shame it brought me such confusion, I didn't know where to start to break through. I felt I was on my knees with an ice pick dragging my boat through meditation. I subscribed to meditation programs and tried my hardest. I always felt great when I was done, but two hours later as life went on, I forgot. Not with Jay. He was an Ice Breaker Ship and just (I was going to say smash, but he slowly walked me in) crushed the wall and just started breaking that ice into shards. I physically felt loosened tightness around my heart. That's stuff is still in my family, but now it on resembles floating pieces of ice on the water. Jay gave me instructions on how to continue shining GODS Light on it and watch it melt. I feel great every day. Honestly.

If you are stuck and have no other place to turn, this session was well worth the cost. It opens a door you can peek through and find what you are looking for, or in my case, something not expected...
First time doing this. Out of ideas and so it had to be done and very happy I did it. I found Jay to be personable, concerned with what I was seeking, and totally involved in the process. While I didn't find the exact answers I was looking for, I know-- as we all know-- that spirituality operates in mysterious ways. What I did find, and it was entirely evident to me after our session, was where I was stuck. Like most of us seekers, I have positive intentions and goals, yet there is so much trauma and many unhealed wounds holding me back. That stuff has been suppressing all my own natural light and vibes. Had a very vague and opaque flitter of a constant thought over the past years hinting at what was wrong...it wasn't until after I processed the session that I pieced it all together and realized it is up to me to push out the humanity and love within me, instead. It was also interesting to look briefly at a possible past life...which totally resonated and...felt...potentially true. When I considered that in comparison to how I have lived my current past half century, it makes complete sense to me...especially in consideration with the particular historical circumstances and the types of people I feel an affinity with and am drawn to. Some of these parallels such as my name, were assigned to me, as well as being caught up in similar circumstances through no intention of my own. If you are stuck and have no other place to turn, this session was well worth the cost.
